Refund policy

Returns

All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in order to be eligible for return. It must be unworn and unwashed without odor or fragrance. All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.

Exchanges

All requirements for returns apply to exchanged items. Please contact us prior to returning an item to ensure we have the desired product in-stock that you wish to exchange for. Once request is approved, please send item(s) back with your order number and email address. Please keep your tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

For approved refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to return to your card.
